Powerlease Rider Scheduling Application

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on, accessing, or using the Powerlease Rider Scheduling Application (the "Application"), whether via web portal or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Powerlease", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Application.

2. Eligibility

Access to the Application is strictly limited to:

  • Current employees of Powerlease; or
  • Authorised contractors or third-party personnel engaged by Powerlease; who are
  • Aged 18 years or older; and
  • Based in or operating within the United Arab Emirates.

Powerlease reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse or revoke access if these criteria are not met.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Application, you must register using your mobile phone number as your primary login identifier. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must:

  • Choose a strong password and not share it with any other person;
  • Immediately notify Powerlease if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
  • Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

3.3 One Account Per User

You may not create more than one account or use another person's account, nor may you allow another person to use your account.

4. Rider Obligations

4.1 Accurate Vehicle Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete bike/vehicle plate details when registering a vehicle. Submitting false, incorrect, or another person's vehicle details is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and disciplinary action.

4.2 Appointment Attendance

You must attend all booked appointments at the scheduled date and time. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel or reschedule no later than [CANCELLATION NOTICE PERIOD, e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled appointment.

4.3 Responsible Use

Use the Application in good faith for its intended purpose — scheduling maintenance and service appointments for Powerlease fleet vehicles only.

4.4 Compliance

Comply with all instructions, policies, and guidelines issued by Powerlease in connection with the Application and the scheduling of appointments.

5. Supervisor and Administrator Obligations

  • Fair and Timely Verification: Review and process bike plate verification requests promptly and fairly, based on accurate fleet records.
  • Accurate Records: Ensure appointment records, mechanic assignments, and operational data are accurate and complete.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of Rider and employee data, accessing only information necessary for your role.
  • Clear Rejection Reasons: Where a plate registration is rejected, provide a clear and accurate reason to assist the Rider.
  • Compliance: Use administrative access in accordance with Powerlease's internal policies and data protection obligations.

6. Appointment Booking Rules

6.1 Eligibility to Book

Only Riders with at least one verified bike/vehicle plate may book an appointment. Appointments are subject to available time slots.

6.2 Booking Process

To book an appointment, you must select the issue category, choose your verified bike, select an available date and time, and confirm the appointment details before submission.

6.3 Modification and Rescheduling

You may reschedule a confirmed appointment through the Application, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made no later than [RESCHEDULE NOTICE PERIOD, e.g., 24 hours] before the original scheduled time.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel an appointment through the Application no later than [CANCELLATION NOTICE PERIOD, e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled time. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.

6.5 No-Shows

Failure to attend a booked appointment without prior cancellation will be recorded as a "no-show". [NO-SHOW POLICY, e.g., Three or more no-shows within a 3-month period may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.]

6.6 Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation notification through the Application. Verbal or informal arrangements do not constitute a confirmed appointment.

7. Bike and Vehicle Registration

7.1 Submission Limit

Riders may register up to five (5) bike/vehicle plates on their account. Each plate must be submitted for Supervisor verification before it can be used to book appointments.

7.2 Verification Process

Submitted plate details are validated against Powerlease's fleet records in Microsoft Dynamics 365. A Supervisor will review and either approve or reject the submission.

7.3 Rejection

If your plate registration is rejected, the reason will be provided. You may submit corrected details or contact your Supervisor for assistance.

7.4 Accuracy

You represent and warrant that the plate details you submit are accurate, belong to a Powerlease fleet vehicle assigned to you, and are not fraudulently submitted. Submission of incorrect or fraudulent details may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of your access.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Application to:

  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information, including vehicle plate details or appointment reasons;
  • Impersonate any other person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or role;
  • Access or attempt to access other Users' accounts or data without authorisation;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Application or its infrastructure;
  • Circumvent or bypass authentication or security controls;
  • Use the Application for any purpose other than its intended operational function;
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code;
  • Disrupt, impair, or damage the Application or Powerlease's systems;
  • Violate any applicable UAE law or regulation.

9. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, software, content, features, and functionality, is owned by Powerlease and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Application solely for its intended purpose in connection with your employment or engagement with Powerlease.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or sublicense any part of the Application. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Powerlease.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

Powerlease does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Application may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.

10.2 No Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Powerlease shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application. In no event shall Powerlease's total liability exceed [MAXIMUM LIABILITY AMOUNT, e.g., AED 1,000], except where prohibited by law.

10.4 Third-Party Services

Powerlease is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Google Firebase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Termination of Access

11.1 By Powerlease

Powerlease may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if your employment ends, you violate these Terms, your conduct poses a risk, or it is required by law.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Application. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11.3 Survival

Provisions relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination of your access.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact Powerlease at [SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS]. We will endeavour to resolve disputes within [RESOLUTION PERIOD, e.g., 15 business days].
  • Step 2 — Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the parties may agree to refer the dispute to a mediator before initiating formal proceedings.
  • Step 3 — Litigation: Either party may initiate proceedings in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to Terms

Powerlease reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Application or other appropriate means, and the "Last Updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Powerlease with respect to the Application.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

15.3 Waiver

Failure by Powerlease to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Powerlease's prior written consent. Powerlease may freely assign its rights and obligations.

15.5 Language

These Terms are prepared in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
